Jennifer has over 20 years professional experience in enhancing individual and corporate performance in Sydney. Coaching and facilitation to unlock people's potential are her key strengths and passion.

Jennifer understands the demands of a corporate career. Her own business experience has included establishing and managing a successful Marketing Division within a national corporation. In addition, she has over 12 years experience in a professional services industry consulting to both the private and public sectors.

Annie Stewart - Senior Associate

 Annie is regarded as a committed and experienced corporate coach and career management specialist.  She is also an author, professional speaker and trainer.


During the first phase of her 28 year career, Annie built a reputation for leading successful businesses. In her role as an executive manager for a national HR consulting company she was acknowledged for her strong leadership skills and her ability to provide a high quality service to clients, develop leaders amongst her team, deliver excellent returns on investment and facilitate growth of the company over a five year period. She repeated a similar track record with two other businesses.

Over the past 13 years she has coached hundreds of executves and high potentials from organisations such as Deloitte, MLC, APRA, Qantas, Commonwealth Bank,  Lend Lease, IAG , Optus and several not for profit groups.

Clients describe Annie's approach as rigorous and outcomes based, yet encouraging and empathic. Qualifications:

Annie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (University of Sydney), a Masters Degree in Ergonomics (UNSW) and a PhD awarded in 2007 from the American Pacific University. Her PhD studies researched how leaders found, follow and sustain their purpose or calling. An outcome of her research has been the development of The Callings Program which will be published in Spring 2009. 

 She is also accredited to administer the Human Synergistic's LSI 360, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), US National Values Centre Profile and the prestigious Leadership Effectiveness Analysis.  Annie is also a Master Practitioner in NLP.

 

 

Matthew Wright -  Senior Associate

Matthew has over ten years professional experience in enhancing individual and corporate performance. Executive coaching and facilitation in the realms of leadership and team performance are his key strengths and passion.  Matthew’s work history includes four years as a project engineer in the building industry and fourteen years as a board member, co-ordinator and teacher in a Steiner high school. For the last ten years Matthew has been facilitating, training and coaching in the corporate sector with clients such as Westpac, QANTAS, Railcorp, Tomago Aluminium, Keller Group, John Holland and Heart Foundation.

Qualifications:

Matthew holds a degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from the University Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Education from The University of Technology, Sydney. He is also an Accredited Practitioner in the Team Management Profile and Strategic Team Development Profile from Team Management Systems and the Human Synergistic LSI/GSI 360 degree feedback tools.

 

Tessa Marshall -  Senior Associate

Tessa has over fourteen years consulting experience with  corporate clients on Executive Coaching, Career Counselling and Communications.

Prior to working in Personal Counselling, Career Coaching and Leadership Development, Tessa had her own corporate career spanning sixteen years. She worked with McDonalds and British Airways in sales/marketing, HJB Group, Marric and Mondo Search in executive recruitment and still works with Lifeline and the Domestic Violence Line as a Superviser, Trainer and Board Member. She is also a regular speaker at HR and Leadership Workshops on the prevention and early detection of psychosocial issues in the workplace and on building better leaders.

 

 Qualifications

Tessa has a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy with a coaching major, Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Bachelor of Economics with HR and Psych majors. She is completing a Masters In Psychotherapy, is a member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW and a Board Member of Lifeline. She is also a member of the Career Development Association and Australian Human Resources Institute

 

Jamie Curnow - Senior Associate

Jamie is a facilitator/trainer with over fifteen years experience in learning and development. In recent years a large part of his work has been focused on leadership and team development for organisations undergoing organisational and cultural transformation. Clients have included: Railcorp, Qantas, UGL, John Holland Group, Sanitarium, Grasstree, Origin Energy and Westpac.

Qualifications:

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Monash University, Melbourne, Victoria, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is accredited in Team Management Profile, Team Management Systems, Milton, Qld. He is also a member of The Institute of Learning Practitioners, Qld.
